Act 41 - Prayer walk

Today’s special extra act was a prayer walk in central London organised by the 40acts team and starting at Trafalgar Square where we met up.  It was lovely to meet Alex and David from the 40acts team and fellow challenger Toby.  We prayed together at Trafalgar Square and took a walk together towards Leicester Square where we shared our stories and reflections about the 40acts challenges over coffee.  Hearing different perspectives about how the challenges were met has given me a few more ideas for how I can continue to carry on with the generosity challenges through Easter and beyond.

Act 21 - Pray

Today’sact encourages us to offer to pray for someone today.  As I was spending the day at home and not venturing out and about due to Jessica being a bit under the weather, I sent out my offer of prayer via Twitter.  So far despite being retweeted, I haven’t had anyone taking me up it but I have been praying for others today – for a little boy who is very poorly in PICU who I heard about via a friend and for a mum expecting a heart baby who is having to make some very difficult and heartbreaking decisions.
