Act 31 - Be crafty

Today’s act encourages us to get out the Pritt Stick and create something to give to someone. Tomorrow will be the last toddler signing class with our lovely teacher Bev as she will be handing over the classes to a new teacher and I know Jessica will really miss her after more than two years of her classes. So we sat down together and made a thank you card for Bev – Jessica doing some sticking and drawing to create the main artwork for the card and me finishing the card off and adding a photo of Jessica signing ‘thank you’.

Act 3 - Tool up

Today’s act encourages us to think about our skills and experiences and how we can use who we are to bless others.  My tool-kit includes my experiences of being a heart mummy, creative skills, time management, computer skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude (plus many other little things that I keep remembering and adding to the list) and with the tools of free time and creativity, I helped my toddler make a birthday card for Nanny.  My toddler and I were both blessed by having some quality mother-daughter time and Nanny will be blessed with the gift of her granddaughter’s artwork.
